During peak season and promotional periods deliveries may take longer than normal.
Delivery times provided are based on date of dispatch (when order leaves our warehouse).
All shipping costs are dispalyed in Australian Dollars(AUD)

AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping:
$9.95 for order under $120
FREE for order $120 and over
(2-7 business day)

Express shipping:
$15.95 for order under $150
FREE for order $150 and over
(1-3 business days)

NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping:

INTERNATIONAL

-Australia Post Express delivery $40(8-11 business days)
-Online purchases delivered outside of Australia will incur a flat fee of $40.00, delivery time depends on the destination country and city.
-For all deliveries outside Australia we use Australia Post Express Post International service which requires a signature upon delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

-Yes, once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order.

-Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. BEIING LIN is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

-If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

I'VE LOST MY TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT DO I DO?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

-Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases made online vary from country to country. BEIING LIN does not cover any duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by your local government. Any duties payable are separate to your order amount and payable directly by the customer. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

-If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus the original shipping cost and any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
